I'm down to 142.5 since I last posted which was on the 5th. Grrrr, I can't seem to loose any. I'm frustrated and the 0nlythreeweeks community has gone to shit and I'm sore and I feel weak and why am I complaining? I could have gained. I should keep positive no matter how hard this is. I hope everyone has had a good weekend. I'm looking forward to this week. I get weighed on the 21st so hopefully I'll be down to 135 by then. I still have time. Think thin everyone <33
