today i actually did okay...
for breakfast i had a sugar-free red bull = 10 calories
an energy pill = 0 calories

lunch
a few slices of pickle = 5 calories?
a tall iced vanilla latte w/ non fat milk = 120 calories

dinner

one bite of chicken & a bite of rice = 30 calories?
and now im drinking some beef broth = 5 calories

so far thats 170 calories

i can probably do better...

anyways you guys should get beef or chicken boullion cubes...
they are 5 calories each and you just boil water and put it in there and let it melt...it tastes good too, just sip on that if you get cravings.

i also had a question...

has anyone tried that new fahrenheit diet pill for women?
its like 30 bucks and i was thinking about getting it but i dont want to waste my money if its bullshit...

im so fricken happy me and my mom went to target today and she let me get tae bo fat blasting cardio dvd and some pilaties dvd and they work great so i did that for an hour and 10 mins and before i worked out for a half an hour with just regular tae bo which is awsome!!!!!!!! it really works makes u sweat like crzy!! well anyways hopfully if i do this at least 2 times a day for an hour or so i'll see results before saturday!!!

I've been mia for most of my life, since I was about 10. It has been most severe for the past year. I'm never going to be able to lose the kind of weight I hope to by being mia though, so I really want to be ana. True ana girls are so amazing, I'm very jealous and I would give anything to be like them. I'm going to start fasting and I just wanted to join this community so that I would have some support. I feel so disgusting just posting this because I'm so freaking fat, but I guess it's better to just admit how fat I am and do something about it than just sitting around and being a cow and doing nothing. Any tips that you girls could give me would be great. Especially tips regarding diet pills and the pain that occurs when a person is a couple days into a fast, the second or third day is the worst and I always feel like I’m dying. Thanx so much to everyone! :)

Doing this 40lbs in 3 weeks thing on another board...joined this one for additional support.
Also have an account on www.fitday.com, i recommend it to everyone, tracks exactly how many calories you burn for every activity (even sex!! unfortunatly...its not as much as i would have hoped!)

I'm really hoping this works this time, last time I got into this i binged and went mia. My boyfriend found out and i promised him i'd never do it again, so no mia for me.

Any tips girls? I'm using Trimspa and that seems to be helping curb the appetite...god i wish ephedra was still legal...*sigh*

Going sorta strong...At the 'rents" and the temptation is killing me but I decided instead of a three day I'd do a 6 day fast...And I know that if I even think of eating, I'll give in and pig out..Its like when I start eating I just can't stop.

I slacked on exercising and my weekly measurements reflected that, Yech..

Plus our summer uniforms at work, *cheerleader skirts* Calls for me to get even more serious about loosing weight and shaping up.

I'm down to 142.5 since I last posted which was on the 5th. Grrrr, I can't seem to loose any. I'm frustrated and the 0nlythreeweeks community has gone to shit and I'm sore and I feel weak and why am I complaining? I could have gained. I should keep positive no matter how hard this is. flipping long days..ok well i made posters like 300 of them where past out fo this girl i really hate and then i got 3 days of OSS for that with caity and i got 3 days ISS for skipping drama class 21 times..lol in one nine weeks..hahaha, so my dad didnt really care and like laughed about it but my mom is flipping and i had bought 92$ my own money tickets to go to an ashlee simpson concet i bought them back in december and its tomorrow and she isnt going to let me go im so flipping pissed off like damn!! i swear im not doing anything going anywhere im never driving again i hate her!!! FUCKING!! And then to top it off i was in fucking ISS today and i went to the bathroom and some bitch sold my brand new 300$ cell phone i was pissed and she also took my car keys..GURRR some dude told on her and i got all my stuff back she got 2 days OSS i was so mad so i was like im leaving it was 1 and i dont get out till 3 but the ISS guy saw how pissed i was and was like just go. So now im stuck at my dads work till 7pm and its only 345 im in such a bad mood with all of this!! GURR but here is some good news..lol
